Villa Rose home stay has bed & breakfast accommodation. It is a 2 story building with 9 well furnished rooms with tastefully done interiors. The ground floor has 3 deluxe rooms and a dining hall. The 1st floor has 2 family rooms with 4 beds & 2 deluxe rooms and a big party hall. The 2nd floor has 2 deluxe rooms. Out of 9 rooms 8 rooms are with attached bath rooms and one bath room in the main hall. Rooms are tiled, wooden or carpeted floor. Most of the room has either valley or Mountain View.
At Villa Rose, we can cater to almost all kind of our guests, be it Couples looking for some privacy, Single families, Group of families or just groups. All you have to do is to just let us know while doing your bookings and we will make sure to accommodate you accordingly.

Applicable from 1st April 2010 till 15th June & 16th December till 5th January 2011
Deluxe Rooms:              Rs. 2000.00
Deluxe Family Rooms: Rs. 3000.00
Standard Rooms:          Rs. 1500.00
Extra bed/Person 10 years and above: Rs. 400.00
Off Season Tariff:
Applicable from 16th June 2010 till 15th December & 6th January till 31st March 2011
Deluxe Rooms:              Rs. 1200.00
Deluxe Family Rooms: Rs. 2000.00
Standard Rooms:          Rs. 1000.00
Extra bed/Person 10 years and above: Rs. 300.00

Special per head rates for group of 12 persons and above.
Rates are inclusive of all taxes and complementary Breakfast

Check in & Check out time :
Check in and out - 10 AM and 9 AM
Overstay and early arrival will be charged extra.

Cancellation Policy :
Full refund for cancellation up to 15 Days prior to date of arrival.
No refund for failure to notify regarding cancellation or a no show
For the period of one week no refund for cancellation given.
Note : Booking is subject to receiving full advance payment.
Credit Cards are not accepted. Payment will be accepted only by Cash.

Meals :
Complementary breakfast:
(South Indain Veg & Toast with eggs with Tea or Coffee) is served in the main Dining room or in the garden between 0800 to 0930 hrs.
Out of these hours, we are not obliged to serve breakfast.

Lunch & Dinner:
We offer a wide variety of home made vegetarian and non-vegetarian food at a very nominal rate.
Cost of food is available on request.
10% service charge on food.
